OK I’ve had melasma for many years off and on - like BAD. It used to bother me, especially when it was around my mouth and I looked like I had on a costume mustache. What I know, is that I don’t know enough. I know it has ties or hormones and liver. But without deep diving into those complicated categories a few things are true:

All items are independently selected by yours truly.
*Prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

1. No heat! I’m addicted to Hot 8 Yoga so that’s not going to work for me, but I NEVER wash my face or shower with super hot water.

2. Scrubs! I LOVE my GOOPGLOW Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator. Yes, it’s pricey but it’s worth it and lasts a long time!

3. Peels! Dr. Dennie Gross peels WORK. Period.

4. Sunscreen! The Cle CCC Cream Foundation with SPF50 is the best invention in the world. It’s heavy but also not? It makes me glowly and has fabulous coverage. It’s my absolute FAVORITE when I’m going to be in the sun or am on vacation!
