NEW LPA HOLIDAY IS LIVE!! This is truly my favorite time of year (I know I'm repetitive, okay, but it is) and I am simply obsessed with this collection. There are lots of fun fabrics — my current fixation is tulle and velvet — and details that make every piece feel unique. Corset tops with bow shoulders and dresses with waist-cinching roses. Everything is fun and feminine but still wearable... everything feels like an ode to the past: think whimsical gowns you'd wear to the ballet or a masquerade ball.

MY FAVORITES

Estella gown: This is maybe my favorite piece of the collection. It's so special. The velvet bustier top cinches so well and the tulle skirt flares out perfectly.

Giovanna mini: An LPA classic, now in red.

Marren knit dress: This see-through maxi is comfy and stretchy, and the red is obviously perfect for the holidays. Great if you want to be dressed up but still comfortable.

Emery velvet maxi: A classic style. The velvet makes it feel more special than a normal LBD. Has a retro feel that I love. I picture this accessorized with elbow-length gloves.

Kierra coat: Coat season is here (sadly). The strong shoulders and camel color make this a timeless staple and I can see the trendiest person you know wearing this on the streets of New York.

Romona knit bodysuit: Little black top with a twist. The open back is perfect. I recommend going a size smaller for extra support in the boob area.

Ebony halter and maxi skirt: Matching sets are the shit if you have kids and no time to get an outfit together. You can also mix and match the pieces. The halter looks great with denim and the skirt is perfect with an oversized sweater and knee-high boots.
